the hotel is beautiful with gold details and excellent artwork. cocktails are great, i enjoyed perfect service. the private assistance was helpful and answered every question i had. the daily food variety in the main restaurant was great! the snack bars also provided tasty options. there were always sunbeds available by the pool.

the nightclub's music was loud and repetitive, it didn't encourage dancing.

The hotel entrance reminded me of entering a palace. The reception area features waiters who greeted me with champagne! Check-in was smooth. The variety of food and drinks was excellent, and the nightclub offered great entertainment. I loved the high-quality room, bedding, and toiletries.

I faced an issue with the lack of sufficient sunbeds near the pool. By 9:00 AM, it became nearly impossible to find available loungers. even had their belongings moved by staff for others who tipped. This caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort. The hotel needs to ensure adequate sunbeds for all guests.

The hotel boasts a very large pool area with attentive staff. Roller-skating waiters deliver drinks promptly (it's quite a sight!). I found the arcade downstairs a lifesaver, especially with bowling, snooker, and free arcade games.

I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in the lobby bar.
