Lovely Stay!

smooth check-in quality bedding

The hotel entrance reminded me of entering a palace. The reception area features waiters who greeted me with champagne! Check-in was smooth. The variety of food and drinks was excellent, and the nightclub offered great entertainment. I loved the high-quality room, bedding, and toiletries.

I faced an issue with the lack of sufficient sunbeds near the pool. By 9:00 AM, it became nearly impossible to find available loungers. even had their belongings moved by staff for others who tipped. This caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort. The hotel needs to ensure adequate sunbeds for all guests.

Really good Service and Amenities

large pool attentive staff free arcade

The hotel boasts a very large pool area with attentive staff. Roller-skating waiters deliver drinks promptly (it's quite a sight!). I found the arcade downstairs a lifesaver, especially with bowling, snooker, and free arcade games.

I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in the lobby bar.

Location

8/10

The hotel is a bit isolated. A car is useful to explore the surrounding areas and local attractions as walking to nearby points of interest is not really an option from this location.

Facilities

9/10

The main pool is massive, providing plenty of space for swimming and recreation for everyone. Guests can enjoy the convenience of multiple bars located throughout the hotel.

Service

9/10

The staff members are very attentive and helpful, trying their best to assist guests with any requests. Several staff members provide poolside service on roller skates. It's a unique touch adding to the experience.

Rooms

9/10

The Family Room included fresh towels daily and the minibar was restocked regularly. The air conditioning worked well, offering a cool environment. Bringing a handheld fan provides a little extra comfort at night.
